She Needs: Women and Men Flourishing in the Church

Paul describes the church as one body, with many parts. Each part is needed and each part called to work together to build up the church. But what if there are some who feel unsure about using the gifs that God has given them? What if there are some that lack courage in using these gifts?

Through her research and book "She Needs" Nay Dawson has been encouraging churches to take a fresh look at the body of the church, focussing in on women and exploring how and why women could be encouraged to use their valuable skills to enrich the church.

Nay Dawson lives in Southampton, married with two young girls. She has worked with students for more than 20 years, firstly with UCCF and now IFES. She is part of Southampton Lighthouse International Church, a Trustee for Friends International, and on the steering group for A Passion for Life.
